NEXGENTECHNOVA

Terms & Conditions, Privacy and Refunds

Clear, practical and responsible certificate learning for emerging technology.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all courses, bundles, assessments, learner accounts, E Certificates, optional printed certificates, e-books, downloadable digital products and related services offered through NexGenTechNova. By enrolling, purchasing, making payment or using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you have reviewed the information published for the selected course, bundle or digital product before payment, and that you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Please review the selected course, bundle or e-book carefully before paying.
Course pages describe the applicable curriculum, learning format, assessment/certificate requirements, fees and expressly included features. E-book pages describe the title, subject, selected language, page count, preview, contents and price. If a particular feature, topic, language, format, project, dataset, accreditation, teaching method, technical depth or other requirement is important to you, confirm that it is expressly stated on the relevant product page before payment.

Course scope and learner expectations

NexGenTechNova provides independent online learning and certificate courses for education, skill development and professional awareness. The exact scope of each course is determined by the course description, curriculum, lesson titles, learning outcomes, features and disclosures published for that course at the time of enrolment.

A course title identifies its principal subject area but does not mean that every possible topic, method, tool, application or advanced component within that subject is included. Specialised components such as advanced programming, mathematical derivations, laboratory work, fieldwork, live projects, proprietary or research-grade datasets, extensive case studies, hardware deployment, external mentorship, formal peer review or postgraduate-level research methods are included only when expressly stated in the published course information.

Learners may differ in prior knowledge, professional experience, preferred teaching style and expectations regarding academic rigor, technical complexity, number of examples, case-study depth or practical work. Where the service supplied substantially matches the course information published before purchase, a later preference for greater depth, different teaching methods, different assessment design or additional components that were not advertised does not by itself create an automatic right to a refund. This does not limit any non-waivable remedy available under applicable law.

Educational, academic, research and professional use

Course material is provided for educational purposes. Unless a specific course expressly states otherwise, it should not be treated as a substitute for university instruction, peer-reviewed scientific literature, regulated professional advice, professional certification, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, engineering approval, specialist consultancy, institutional research supervision or any other service that legally or professionally requires a qualified practitioner.

Learners applying course information to research, publication, employment, business, agriculture, finance, health, engineering, technology deployment or other consequential decisions are responsible for verifying important information using appropriate primary sources, authoritative documentation, institutional guidance and suitably qualified professionals.

Unless expressly stated for a particular course, enrolment does not represent that the course is university-accredited, government-recognised, formally peer-reviewed, independently validated by an external subject-matter expert, eligible for academic credit, or sufficient for professional licensing or statutory registration.

References, sources and AI-assisted content

Course material may be developed using internally prepared explanations, general educational knowledge, publicly available information, software documentation, examples, authoritative resources and other suitable sources. References may be included where appropriate, but course lessons are not represented as academic journal articles and every introductory explanation may not carry an individual citation. Learners who require citable academic evidence should independently consult and cite appropriate primary or authoritative sources.

NexGenTechNova may use digital tools, including Generative Artificial Intelligence, to assist with drafting, editing, summarisation, formatting, example generation, instructional design, translation, ideation or administrative workflows. AI-assisted preparation does not make material peer-reviewed research or independent expert opinion. Unless a course page expressly identifies a particular external reviewer or review process, no representation is made that every lesson has undergone external peer review or independent subject-matter-expert validation.

Generative AI and other automated tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or fabricated outputs. Learners should independently verify AI-generated information before relying on it for academic, research, professional, commercial, operational or other consequential purposes.

E-books and downloadable digital products

E-books are sold as downloadable digital products and do not require a learner account unless a product page expressly states otherwise. The product page identifies the available language edition, cover, subject, page count, preview pages, contents/description and price. A language selection applies to the specific edition purchased; buyers should confirm the selected edition before payment.

After successful payment, the purchase page displays secure download links and NexGenTechNova attempts to send the same purchase/download information to the email address provided at checkout. The buyer is responsible for entering a correct, accessible email address and for keeping purchase/download links private. If the email is delayed or filtered, the successful purchase page remains the primary immediate delivery method where available.

Preview pages are provided to help the buyer assess presentation, language and general content before purchase. A preview is representative only of the pages shown and is not a promise that every page has identical layout, density or illustration style. Page count is determined from the uploaded PDF and may include cover, contents, introductory, reference or other pages contained in that PDF.

Assessments and passing requirements

Assessment format, passing marks, attempt limits and completion requirements are those stated for the relevant course. Assessments may use multiple-choice, objective, practical or other question types appropriate to the course. Depending on the course level, questions may assess recall, recognition, understanding or application. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a course assessment is not equivalent to a university examination, competitive examination, professional licensing examination or research-level academic evaluation.

No guarantee of individual results

Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increase, admission, academic credit, publication, thesis acceptance, professional registration, licensing, business results, investment results, research outcomes or mastery of every topic connected with the course title. Outcomes depend on factors including the learner's prior knowledge, effort, practice, independent study and requirements imposed by employers, universities, regulators, professional bodies or other third parties.

Technical requirements and learner responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, supported web browser, internet connection, working email address and any third-party software or account expressly identified as necessary for the purchased service. E-books are supplied as PDF files unless the product page states another format, so the buyer is responsible for using a device or application capable of opening that format. Device limitations, local network restrictions, unsupported software or a user's inability to operate a third-party tool do not by themselves mean that the purchased service has not been supplied where the platform or digital product remains reasonably accessible as described.

Third-party tools, platforms and external services

Some courses or platform functions may refer to, demonstrate, integrate with or depend on independent third-party products or services. Third-party providers may change their features, interfaces, pricing, access requirements, terms, availability or policies without NexGenTechNova's control. References to a third-party product do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or a guarantee that the product will remain available in its present form.

Where a third-party tool requires a separate account, subscription, licence or payment, that requirement applies only if stated on the relevant course page or by the third-party provider. NexGenTechNova is not responsible for separate third-party charges unless expressly included in the price paid to NexGenTechNova.

Course access, account security and acceptable use

Course access is personal to the participant named in the enrolment. Login credentials, private access links, lesson material, PDFs, assessments, answer data, certificates and other protected course content must not be shared with another person or used to provide another person with unauthorised access.

Unauthorised sharing, impersonation, fraudulent activity, manipulation of assessments or certificate-verification services, attempts to bypass access controls, abusive conduct or unlawful use may result in restriction or cancellation of access after appropriate administrative review. Learners are responsible for keeping passwords and access links secure and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, course text, designs, graphics, lesson files, assessments, e-books, downloadable PDFs and other original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. A purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the purchased content for the buyer's own learning or reference. Purchased digital files and private download links must not be shared, resold, republished, redistributed, uploaded to another platform or public repository, systematically scraped, commercially exploited or used to create a competing product without written permission. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Course updates, errors and corrections

NexGenTechNova may correct typographical, factual, technical or formatting errors and may update lessons, examples, questions, screenshots, links, references or explanations to improve accuracy, relevance or usability. Minor updates or corrections do not by themselves mean that an earlier version was defective. Material changes will not be used to remove a core feature expressly promised for an already purchased course without an appropriate remedy where required by applicable law.

Availability, maintenance and events outside reasonable control

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website, learner panel, payment functions and course services available. Temporary interruption may occur because of scheduled maintenance, hosting failures, internet outages, cyber or security incidents, payment-gateway issues, email-provider failures, third-party outages, government restrictions, natural events or other circumstances outside reasonable control. NexGenTechNova will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services. If paid course access cannot be provided within a reasonable period, the learner may contact support for review.

Course completion and E Certificates

A participant must satisfy the applicable completion and assessment requirements before an E Certificate is generated. The E Certificate is included free of additional certificate charge with an eligible completed enrolment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a NexGenTechNova certificate is a certificate of completion for the stated course and is not a university degree, diploma, government certificate, professional licence, statutory qualification or accredited academic award.

The public certificate-verification record is the authoritative NexGenTechNova record of the certificate's current status. A participant must not alter, falsify, transfer, reproduce deceptively or misrepresent a certificate, its holder, course title, issuing status or academic/professional significance.

Optional hard-copy certificates

A hard-copy certificate is optional and may carry separate printing and shipping charges shown at the time of request or enrolment. Printing charges may apply per certificate and shipping charges may apply to delivery. The participant is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier, postal, customs, weather, local-service or other delivery conditions outside reasonable control.

Administrative withdrawal and course cancellation

Course withdrawal/cancellation is an administrative action available only to NexGenTechNova administrators. A participant may contact support concerning an enrolment, but cannot independently use the learner panel to withdraw or restore a course. The administrative record may include the withdrawal reason, whether the course had been completed, whether a refund was approved, the refund amount and any relevant reference or note.

Once an enrolment is withdrawn, the participant panel will show the course as Cancelled together with the recorded reason. Access to the cancelled course, lessons, downloadable lesson PDFs, assignments where applicable, assessments, re-assessments and certificate-download functions will be disabled.

If an E Certificate had already been generated before withdrawal, it will be cancelled and will no longer be downloadable or treated as an active certificate. The public verification page will show Certificate cancelled due to withdrawal. A participant must not continue representing a cancelled certificate as a currently valid NexGenTechNova credential.

Withdrawal/cancellation and refund are separate decisions. Administrative withdrawal does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Payments, billing and payment disputes

Course fees, e-book prices and any optional hard-copy charges are collected through the payment methods presented at checkout. Payment credentials entered into a payment gateway are handled by the relevant payment provider and are not intentionally stored by NexGenTechNova. Transaction references and payment status may be retained for enrolment, digital delivery, accounting, support, fraud-prevention, refund and reconciliation purposes.

If a payment is reversed, charged back, disputed, reported as unauthorised or otherwise not successfully settled, the related enrolment or paid service may be temporarily restricted while the payment status is reviewed. Learners are encouraged to contact support@nexgentechnova.com first with the enrolment number and transaction reference so genuine billing issues can be investigated. Nothing in this clause removes any lawful chargeback, banking, consumer or statutory remedy.

Minors

If a participant is under 18 years of age, enrolment and use of the service should take place with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Where applicable law requires additional consent or safeguards for children's personal data, the relevant processing will be subject to those requirements.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read the complete course, bundle or e-book information and this policy before paying. Purchase should be completed only after you are satisfied that the published description, applicable curriculum or contents, learning/digital format, selected language, assessment or certificate requirements where applicable, page count/preview for e-books, fees and expressly listed features are suitable for your needs.

If you were charged more than once for the same transaction, paid but did not receive usable access, or the purchased service cannot be delivered, contact support as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 7 days of payment so the issue can be investigated. This reporting period does not remove any non-waivable legal right or remedy.

Because course access, e-books and other downloadable digital material may be supplied immediately, change-of-mind requests are generally not refundable after the purchased digital content has been accessed or downloaded. For courses, a later preference for greater academic depth, additional practical work, different teaching methods, different assessment design, additional references or features that were not part of the published description does not by itself create an automatic refund entitlement where the supplied service substantially matches what was advertised.

E-book purchases: before payment, buyers should review the displayed title, subject, selected language, cover, available preview pages, page count, description/contents and price. Once a paid e-book download has been made available, a refund will ordinarily not be provided solely because of change of mind, preference for another language, design/style preference or an expectation of content not stated on the product page. If the supplied file is corrupt, cannot be delivered, is materially different from the purchased product, or an incorrect/duplicate charge occurred, contact support for review. Any remedy required by applicable law remains available.

Once a participant has completed the course, no refund will ordinarily be provided for that enrolment. Course completion includes satisfying the applicable completion/assessment requirements and may include generation of the E Certificate. This does not exclude a refund or other remedy where required by applicable law, including cases such as a duplicate or erroneous charge, a material deficiency in service, or a material difference between the supplied service and the characteristics or features that were advertised or agreed.

Administrative withdrawal or certificate cancellation by itself does not create an automatic right to a full or partial refund. Refund approval is recorded separately by the administrator.

Where a refund is approved, NexGenTechNova will normally initiate it through the original or otherwise appropriate payment method within 7 business days of approval, subject to technical availability. Banks, card networks, UPI providers or payment gateways may require additional time before the amount appears in the recipient's account. A refund is treated as issued by NexGenTechNova when it has been successfully initiated/processed through the applicable payment channel.

For optional hard-copy certificates, printing and shipping charges are separate from the free E Certificate. Refund eligibility may depend on whether printing, personalisation, fulfilment or dispatch has already started. Once a customised certificate has been printed or a shipment has been handed to a courier, the related printing/shipping amount may be non-refundable except where required by law or where the order cannot be supplied as agreed.

Privacy Policy

Information we process

We may process personal data reasonably required to provide, secure and administer the service, including name, email address, mobile number, country, profile details, institution/designation where voluntarily provided, enrolment records, e-book/digital-product orders and download activity, payment references and status, learning progress, assessment results, certificate records, delivery details for printed certificates, support communications, withdrawal/cancellation information, refund records, device/session information and advertising/analytics identifiers where applicable.

Purposes of processing

Personal data may be used to process enrolments, e-book/digital-product orders and payment status, provide secure course access or purchased download links, maintain learner progress, administer assessments, generate or cancel certificates, provide public certificate verification, fulfil printed-certificate orders, communicate purchase/service information, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and misuse, secure the platform, maintain accounting/operational records, measure advertising performance, comply with applicable legal obligations and establish, exercise or respond to legal claims and disputes.

Where consent is relied upon or required by applicable law, the information presented at the point of collection and the relevant privacy controls should be read together with this policy. Learners should provide only information that is accurate and reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement

The website may use first-party cookies, session storage or similar technologies necessary for login, security, preferences and core site operation. It may also use analytics or advertising-measurement technologies where enabled. These technologies may process information such as landing page, referring source, pages viewed, course or bundle viewed, enrolment/payment funnel events, approximate engagement information, device/browser category, UTM parameters and advertising identifiers such as Google or Meta click identifiers.

Advertising and analytics providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Where applicable law requires consent or a user choice for a particular non-essential technology, its use is subject to the applicable consent mechanism and settings.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell learner personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used for payment processing, email delivery, hosting, security, analytics, advertising measurement, certificate fulfilment, printing, courier/shipping or technical support, and may be disclosed where required by applicable law, court order or competent authority. Service providers operate under their own applicable terms, security controls and privacy practices.

Retention, security and data requests

Personal information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate requirements such as course delivery, certificate verification, accounting/tax records, fraud prevention, legal compliance, support, dispute resolution and enforcement of agreements. Transaction, certificate, withdrawal, cancellation, refund and complaint records may need to be retained even after course access ends or a deletion request is received where there is a lawful or legitimate basis to retain them.

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect personal data, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Learners should protect their own passwords, devices and email accounts.

Requests to access, correct or update personal information, withdraw an applicable consent, or request deletion/erasure where legally available may be sent to support@nexgentechnova.com. Requests may be subject to identity verification and to any lawful basis or requirement to retain specific records.

Children's data

Where a learner is a child/minor for the purposes of applicable data-protection law, enrolment and processing of personal data are subject to any legally required parent/guardian consent and safeguards. A parent or guardian who believes a minor has provided personal data without required permission may contact support for review.

Complaints and Grievance Redressal

Genuine complaints concerning course access, factual or technical errors, assessment questions, advertised features, payments, refunds, certificate status, privacy, withdrawal/cancellation or other service issues may be submitted through the contact form or by email to support@nexgentechnova.com. Where possible, include the course name, enrolment number, transaction reference, relevant lesson/question and a clear description of the issue.

Consumer complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and will be handled with the objective of resolving them within one month from receipt, subject to the facts of the matter and applicable law. Submission of a complaint does not itself guarantee a refund or a particular outcome; each complaint will be reviewed on its facts and any mandatory consumer remedy remains available.

Third-party links and external content

The website or course material may contain links to external websites, documentation, videos, research sources, software or services for convenience or educational reference. NexGenTechNova does not control all external content and cannot guarantee its continued availability, accuracy, security or privacy practices. Learners should review the terms and privacy information of third-party services they choose to use.

Applicable law and consumer rights

These Terms and policies are governed by the laws applicable in India. Nothing in them is intended to exclude, waive or restrict a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection and data-protection rights. Nothing prevents a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission, court, regulator, payment provider or statutory authority where permitted by law.

Policy changes, existing transactions and severability

NexGenTechNova may update these policies prospectively to reflect changes in services, technology, law, security requirements or operational practices. Updated wording will be published on this page. A later policy update will not be used merely to remove a non-waivable right or remedy that had already accrued in relation to an earlier transaction.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. The relevant course/bundle page, checkout disclosures, payment record and these policies should be read together when determining the features and conditions applicable to an enrolment. Where a specific course page expressly promises a particular included feature, that specific published promise forms part of the description of that course.

Support

For enrolment, access, course-content, technical, payment, withdrawal, refund, privacy or certificate questions, contact support@nexgentechnova.com or use the published contact form. Never send your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, bank password, account password or OTP.
